Privacy policy
This policy describes the data flows declared for the CloudMuse website and Android application. CloudMuse is an independent personal project operated on a non-professional basis. The person operating it has chosen not to publish their civil identity; CloudMuse is a project name, not a company or legal entity.
This website and cookies
This website is statically generated. It has no account, contact form, advertising, analytics, or third-party marketing tracker. It does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used for delivery, security, and reliability.
Cloudflare Pages delivers the site and may process technical request data for hosting and security. Email links open the visitor’s own email application.
Data processed by the Android application
Depending on the features used, CloudMuse processes account email, authentication information, username and profile settings, imported or captured cloud photographs, selected areas, text descriptions, generated images, public posts and related community activity, purchase records, credit balances, and technical or security logs.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, or unrelated confidential information in a cloud description or support message.
Why the data is used
The data is used to provide and secure accounts; create, store, and delete reveals; operate private and public profiles; publish and moderate community content; process Google Play purchases and credits; prevent abuse and fraud; respond to requests; and maintain the service.
CloudMuse does not currently use website analytics or advertising data.
Service providers
- Supabase for authentication, application data, and database functions.
- OpenAI services called from server-side functions for image generation, moderation, and supporting processing.
- Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare R2 for website delivery and application media storage.
- Google services for sign-in, Google Play Billing, purchase verification, and Play Integrity where used.
- OVHcloud/Zimbra for professional contact email.
Public posts and moderation
When a person chooses to publish a reveal, the associated public-profile information and community media can be visible to other users. Private content is not presented as public without a publishing action.
CloudMuse provides reporting, blocking, moderation, and content-removal mechanisms to protect users and the service.
Retention and deletion
CloudMuse keeps account and profile data while the account is active, and keeps photographs, prompts, generated images, and posts while they are needed for the selected features or until the user deletes them. The application includes account and reveal deletion controls.
Exact maximum periods for backups, purchase records, moderation evidence, and technical or security logs have not yet been fixed. Where continued retention is necessary, it is limited by the purpose of processing, security needs, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. CloudMuse will publish more precise periods when its operational retention schedule is completed.
Your choices and rights
The application provides controls for profile visibility, publishing, blocking, reveal deletion, and account deletion. Depending on applicable law, people may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing.
Send privacy and data requests to [email protected]. CloudMuse is the public project name; the civil identity and postal address of the individual operator are not published.
Children and international processing
No verified minimum age has been supplied for this policy, so no age threshold is invented here. A parent or guardian concerned about a minor’s use of CloudMuse may contact [email protected].
Some service providers may process data in different countries under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards. The precise regions and transfer mechanisms depend on the services used for the relevant feature.
