Terms
Terms of use
These terms describe the CloudMuse Android service currently available through Google Play. CloudMuse is an independent personal project operated on a non-professional basis; the name does not identify a registered company or legal entity.
The CloudMuse service
CloudMuse is an Android application that lets a person import or capture a cloud image, select a cloud, describe the subject they perceive, and request a visual reveal. The app also includes accounts, saved reveals, public-profile and community features, and credit-based generation flows.
Generated results are creative outputs. They may differ from the request, and they must not be treated as factual, medical, legal, safety, or other professional information.
Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in credentials, and use only authentication methods they are authorised to access. Attempts to bypass credits, billing verification, security controls, moderation, or another person’s account are prohibited.
No minimum age has been confirmed in the supplied product information. A person who cannot legally accept these terms must not create an account without the involvement required by applicable law.
Photographs and user instructions
A user must have the rights or permission needed to upload and process a photograph. Content must not unlawfully infringe privacy, copyright, image rights, or other rights.
The user retains rights they hold in original photographs and gives CloudMuse the permissions technically necessary to host, process, generate, display, publish when requested, and delete the submitted content in order to provide the selected features.
Community conduct
Illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing content is prohibited. The application includes reporting, blocking, moderation, and content-removal mechanisms.
CloudMuse may restrict content or account access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third-party rights, and the service.
Credits and Google Play purchases
The application contains Google Play Billing and server-side purchase verification. The offer, local price, credit amount, and any immediate digital-performance consent must be shown in the product flow before payment.
Credits are a feature entitlement, not currency. Final pricing, refund handling, withdrawal rights, expiry rules if any, and treatment on account closure must match the launched Google Play offer and mandatory consumer law; those details are not invented here.
Availability, corrections, and account closure
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider availability, or product development. CloudMuse does not promise a particular artistic interpretation or permanent availability.
The application includes reveal deletion and account deletion. The handling of unused credits, public posts, backups, and records retained for legal or security purposes follows the available product controls and applicable mandatory rights.
Operator and applicable rights
CloudMuse is the public name of an independent personal project. The civil identity and postal address of the individual operator are not published. Questions or formal requests can be sent to [email protected].
These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees, or remedies that apply to the user. The governing-law, jurisdiction, and consumer-mediation details have not been supplied and are not invented here.
